Lesson 7: Manage bills and recurring payments
The Scheduled transactions feature in GreenBooks is a great way to keep track of all of your subscriptions and other recurring payments so you will never forget to pay them on time. Also, when it does come time to make these payments, just click the Pay button and the transaction will automatically entered; no manual work involved.
We recommend that you enter all of your recurring payments and incomes here. Such as your utility bill, phone bill, streaming subscriptions, and other subscription services. Also enter your paycheck and other recurring income into this list.
This way, at a glance you can see all of your recurring and upcoming payments, and you can set alert on any entry to be alerted before a payment is due, so you will never miss a payment.
